About Us

The Franklin County Fairgrounds is owned and managed by the Franklin County Agricultural Society. The Society's mission is to promote agriculture, the arts, and family entertainment and to continuously invest in preservation of the historic fairgrounds. The Friends of the Franklin County Fairgrounds serves as the fundraising arm of the Society.

Historic Preservation

The Franklin County Fairgrounds was listed on the National Park Service's National Registry of Historical Places in 2011.

The Fairgrounds is a non-profit organization supported entirely by community volunteers. Tax deductible donations can be mailed to:
