Established in 1975, The New England Van Council (N.E.V.C.) is an informational body whose purpose is to promote the sport of Vanning. The 51st National Truck-in will welcome over 700 vanners from all over the country to Greenfield. We are excited to be back again following our show in 2019.
What is the official entry time for the 51st National Truck-In ® ?
The 51st National Truck-In ®begins at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 10, 2024
Are there festivities planned for the official kickoff of the 51st National Truck-In ® ?
We are planning an opening ceremony with the lighting of the Olympic Torch followed by the parade of vans through the gate.
Are kids allowed?
Yes. We will have games for them to play and an activity center to keep them occupied for a few hours a day. Please keep track of them. They should be back in their site by 10pm.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes. Please bring their vaccination paperwork and keep them on a leash, attached to a person at all times.
Can I pay onlne?
Yes. Please go to our website: https://51stvannationals.com to pre-register your van, trailer, extra people, early days, pay for an ad in our event guide, sponsor a trophy, rent a golf cart or porta John. You can use a credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Are Golf Carts allowed?
Yes, they are allowed with proof of insurance and lights for night driving. Use of golf carts may be revoked at any time if used in a reckless manner.
Can I rent a Golf Cart?
Yes, $300 for the week prepaid & reserved on our website : https://51stvannationals.com. Golf carts will be available on-site.
Can I rent a Port-a-John?
Port-a-johns can be prepaid & reserved through our website https://51stvannationals.com Regular port-a-johns are $250 and handicap port-a-johns are $300 for the week.
Are Motorcycles allowed?
Motorcycles will be allowed in with your van entry and parked – you may not ride them around the grounds.
I want to arrive early – when can I get into the fairgrounds?
The earliest you can get into the fairgrounds is Sunday, July 7th at noon.
What if I arrive before July 7th – where do I go?
We do not have an agreement with any camping area. You must make your own camping reservations.
Do you have a staging area available to park “in line”?
Not until 9am on Sunday morning, July 7th. We can line up and stage up to a maximum of 140 vans in the parking lot across the street from the Fairgrounds, less if there are trailers/campers involved. Please note there are no facilities available in the parking lot, you must be fully contained.
What if I am parked in the parking lot and need to use the bathroom?
You can use the facilities on the fairgrounds.
What if I arrive prior to 9:00 am on Sunday – where do I go?
You will be asked to leave and return at 9 a.m.. We will not allow any parking in the lot until 9 a.m. on Sunday, July 7 at which time we will allow vanners into the staging area.
