Entry Forms

A detailed Exhibitor Handbook (also called the Premium Book), listing the schedules and rules of all exhibits and competitions, has been mailed to past exhibitors. You may download it as a PDF. You must pre-entry this year. Check the handbook for livestock entry dates. Entries for the Roundhouse and Youth Hal are due Monday, August 23, 2010. They shoudl be mailed to: FCAS, PO Box 564, Greenfield MA 01302 or emailed to Pat DiMaggio.

ARRIVAL TIMES:
Roundhouse & Kiwanis Youth Hall (all departments) the following:
Tuesday, September 7 from 6:00 to 9:00 pm.
Wednesday, September 8 from 3:00 to 9:00 pm.
NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED

Applications for the Thursday Parade are avaialble.

The Craft Tent is full, check back in Spring 2011 for an application.
