Entry Forms

A detailed 2011 Exhibitor Handbook (also called the Premium Book), listing the schedules and rules of all exhibits and competitions, is available to download it as a PDF. You must pre-entry this year. Check the handbook for livestock entry dates. Entries for the Roundhouse and Youth Hal are due Monday, August 25, 2011. They shoudl be emailed to Pat DiMaggio.

ARRIVAL TIMES:
Roundhouse & Kiwanis Youth Hall (all departments) the following:
Tuesday, September 6 from 6:00 to 9:00 pm.
Wednesday, September 7 from 3:00 to 9:00 pm.
NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED
